A 3-year parts and labour warranty is
standard on all systems and peripherals supplied by Eagle PC. If the manufacturer's
warranty exceeds our 3 year warranty, those conditions will apply.
It has never been Eagle PC's policy to point in case of problems at a software
manufacturer without checking on the actual problem.
Eagle PC and their associates pride themselves on having sales and technical support
personnel with in-depth hardware and software knowledge. Such a level of knowledge cannot
be supported by our competition. In addition we keep in close contact with most nationwide
distributors to assure that we have the latest technology and all the support required for
it. |
