| This site conforms to the HTML 3.2
(Wilbur) standards as proposed by the IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force). While we
have attempted to make this site as friendly to as many browsers as possible, it does
contain some elements that will favour individuals running newer Web browsers and display
hardware. We recommend viewing this site at a resolution of 800x600 pixels with a color depth of at least 16,000 colors on your display. It will work for those running at 640x480 and 256 colors, but it just won't be as pretty. :-) Page load times should not exceed 15 seconds on a 28.8Kbps modem for most users. We have avoided extensive use of graphics and selected a frames-based site layout for this reason. As well, use of Java has been avoided for the most part to keep the download times reasonable.
